These are going to be interesting.
I picked this up in preparation of a camping trip we are going on next week. I'm a bread pudding junkie so the Wildberry breakfast Bread Pudding was an instant must have! Now, I'm so excited about this book that I have to try some of the other recipes immediately in my oven.
Good recipes and some good hints but I believe anyone with half knowledge could do the same without the book. Seems more like a common sense cook book.
Great camp out cookbook. I bought this volume without having read the first. Am definitely getting the first volume now! So many good ideas!

Lots of easy and tasty recipes in this cookbook. Foil packet cooking is great not only during a campout. My son is looking forward to trying the "Crowd Pleasing BBQ Baby Wieners." -)
A good camping cookbook that introduces foil packet cooking.
I was unable to contact the author; there is a small mistake
in the 'Logs and Eggs Easy Breakfast' recipe. The directions
do not indicate how the eggs are to be added; (a small detail
I know ) Overall well written with a useful Appendix.

A little too much prepared ingredients, like can's of soup etc... things that are easy but you wouldn't necessarily be using at home. Not enough quality ingredients. Gives a lot of ideas to open your thoughts to more creative alternatives. If you are using canned soups and mixes at home, you'll love this.
